Traditionally, meetings occur from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in a location that is easily accessible to coalition leadership and partners — often within one to two hours of Harrisburg.
Most hosts provide:
- a meeting location that can comfortably accommodate at least 30 participants
- access to parking (free or paid)
- a simple lunch buffet
